Here’s Clair’s process:
After you work a shift, a % of your earned wages will be available for you to advance.
This is usually immediate, but sometimes you may need to wait a few minutes to see a shift appear in your Clair App. You can see what % applies to you in the Clair App by tapping On-Demand Pay > Learn about On-Demand Pay.
You can advance this % of your earned wages after each shift, up to an overall limit between paychecks.
You can also see the limit that applies to you between paychecks in the Clair App by tapping On-Demand Pay > Learn about On-Demand Pay.
As soon as your next paycheck is received to your Clair Spending Account, Clair will take a repayment from your Clair Spending Account for any wage advances taken.
As soon as each paycheck and repayment happens, the total amount you are able to wage-advance between paychecks refreshes and you can keep advancing when you work your next shift.
As a reminder, there is no fee, interest, or charges for these wage advances when Clair takes repayments - we only repay ourselves the exact amount of wage advances you took.
