Welcome to Clair! We're so excited that you will be joining us. Before you get started, make sure that you have an e-mail from us with an invitation code. (Check your spam folder in case you can't find it!)
To set up Clair, follow these steps:
- Download the Clair app, either for Android or for iOS.
- Follow the steps on the app to sign up for an account. Make sure you have your government-issued ID or driver's license on you (and that it's valid), as you'll need it to create an account.
- Wait 7-10 business days for your Clair card to arrive in the mail. Once you have it, activate it in your Clair app. You'll be ready to go!
Once you've set up the app on your phone, we recommend doing the following:
- Set up direct deposit ("How do I set up direct deposit?"), so you can receive your pay straight into your Clair account.
- Transfer money ("How do I add money to my account?") from your other accounts into your Clair account
